The prototype that anticipates a future production version of the Toyota GT-86 with a canvas roof. The car is called the FT-86 Concept Open Top and as you can see from the photos it has a very beautiful and the rear has not been ruined for anything other than the fixed roof version.
According to rumors, in late 2013 or early 2014 will be put into production with a canvas roof version of the GT-86 version of the concept in which you can see in the photos included in the gallery.
Version with a canvas roof promises to deliver all of this with the added charm of driving with the top down and hair in the wind.
Vertices of Manufacturers eyed know that if the concept to be unveiled in a few days to receive praise from the public and the Swiss festival international press, the standard version will soon be put into production and that is why many sources suggest the arrival on the market later this year if not sooner.
The basic concept of the hard top version remains unchanged: the optimal balance of weight, front-engine fighter aspirated 2 liter displacement and 200 horsepower. In the draft version of the larger conversion wheels, a cabin more subtle and obvious changes to the windshield and frame to compensate for the lack of a roof.
